Partner portal
What partners can see and do in the ITIBG Leads partner portal.
Overview
The ITIBG Leads partner portal is where partners see the leads delivered to them and pay for them. Access is by invitation, with a login for each user on your team.
Leads, calls and messages
- Form leads: the contact details and answers the person gave, and where the lead came from.
- Calls: caller number, time, duration and outcome, with the recording and, where available, the transcript.
- Messages with ITIBG: questions and updates between your team and ours.
How each of these is captured is explained in Leads, calls and recordings.
Billing
Invoices and payments are handled through Stripe. ITIBG never stores your card number. Pay-per-lead, site rental and flat advertising fees are billed as set out in your partner agreement.
Your account
Your account holds the details we need to route leads to you and bill you:
- your legal business name, contacts, and billing and notification emails;
- the forwarding phone number calls ring through to;
- your address and the service areas you cover;
- business licence documents, where your industry requires them;
- the users on your team.
Keep these up to date so leads reach the right people.
Disputing a lead
If a lead is invalid, for example a wrong number, spam, a duplicate, or a request outside your service or area, tell us through the portal or at support@itibg.com. A dispute must be filed within 14 days of delivery. ITIBG reviews it against the call and lead record, including the recording, timing and source. An accepted dispute is credited to your account balance or next invoice; there are no cash refunds for leads. A missed or unanswered call, or a call with no reported duration, is not by itself a valid reason to dispute. The decision is final after review, subject to applicable law and any written partner agreement. See Lead disputes in our Terms.
Security and access
Only invite people who need access, and remove users who leave your business. Login sessions and account changes are logged. Lead details, recordings and transcripts can include sensitive personal information: use them only to respond to the person who contacted you.
