ITIBG LLC
Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 26, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how ITIBG LLC (“ITIBG,” “we,” “us” or “our”) collects, uses and shares information when you visit our websites, use our services, or subscribe to our text messages. By using our websites or services you agree to this policy.
It applies to every ITIBG product, including Social Content Manager, ITIBG Leads, higgsfield_copy and weweb_copy, and to the websites ITIBG Leads runs under their own brands. Sections below describe what is specific to each product.
Who we are
ITIBG LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company. Our business address is 5830 E 2nd St, Ste 7000 #37788, Casper, WY 82609, USA. Our website is itibg.com.
Information we collect
We collect the following kinds of information:
- Information you give us, such as your name, email address, mobile phone number, company name, and anything you send us through a form, email or text message.
- Text message information, such as your mobile number, your opt-in and opt-out choices, the date and time you gave consent, and the messages you send to us.
- Information collected automatically when you use our websites, such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit.
- Information from service providers that help us run our business, such as payment and messaging providers, limited to what they need to report to us.
How we use information
- To provide, operate and improve our websites and services.
- To respond to your questions and provide customer support.
- To send the text messages you have agreed to receive, and to honor opt-out requests.
- To send service and account notices, such as confirmations and receipts.
- To keep our services secure and to prevent fraud and abuse.
- To comply with the law and enforce our terms.
SMS
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
If you opt in to our text messages, we use your mobile number and consent record only to send the messages you agreed to receive and to provide the service. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. See SMS messaging and opt-in for the full program details.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.
In addition, we run a separate program, ITIBG Leads enquiry texts, for people who make an enquiry on an ITIBG Leads website. Those texts are about the enquiry only and come only from the website’s brand, on the website’s number. We do not sell or share SMS opt-in data or consent from that program with third parties for their marketing purposes; the details of your enquiry, including your text messages, are shared with the business handling it so it can respond.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:
- With service providers that process information on our behalf, such as hosting, payment and text message providers, under agreements that limit their use of it. This is subject to the SMS restriction above, which always applies to mobile information.
- With the partner business that receives your enquiry, call or text on an ITIBG Leads website, so it can respond to you (see ITIBG Leads).
- When required by law, subpoena or other legal process.
- To protect the rights, property or safety of our users, the public or ourselves.
- In connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case the information remains subject to this policy.
- With your consent, or at your direction.
ITIBG Leads
ITIBG Leads builds and runs service websites and business directories, each under its own brand, and connects the people who contact them with local businesses (“partners”). This section applies to those websites, their tracking phone numbers, and the ITIBG Leads partner portal. The websites name ITIBG LLC in their own privacy notices.
Lead forms
When you send an enquiry through a lead form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, your message, optionally the job location, and your answers to questions about the job (for example, property details for roofing). Your enquiry, including your message, is read by ITIBG staff and by the partner business that receives it, so that business can respond to you. We use it to route your enquiry to a suitable business, to verify leads, and for billing and quality.
Sensitive health information
On drug and alcohol treatment directories, enquiry forms ask questions that are sensitive health information: who the care is for, age range, substance, level of care, detox, co-occurring mental health needs, pregnancy, court-ordered treatment, veteran status, insurance and payment, urgency, prior treatment, and language. We use these answers only to route your enquiry to a treatment provider that may be able to help, and we share them with the provider that receives it. Access is limited to staff who need it. ITIBG is not a treatment provider and does not give medical advice.
Call tracking, call recording and transcription
Our websites show tracking phone numbers. When you call one, we log the calling and dialled numbers, the time, the duration and the outcome, and forward the call to a partner business.
Calls are recorded and may be transcribed. Before the call connects you hear: “This call will be recorded and may be transcribed.” Where consent mode is on, you are asked to press 1 to consent. Calls to businesses in regulated industries are always recorded. If you do not want to be recorded, end the call and use the website’s enquiry form instead.
We store recordings and transcripts and share them with the partner business that receives your call, for lead verification, quality, dispute resolution and billing. The partner also hears a recording disclosure before the call connects.
If you text a tracking number, we store the conversation in full, including any pictures, and share it with the business handling your enquiry.
Attribution, cookies and analytics
To understand how visitors find our websites and to prevent abuse, we collect UTM tags, the referring page, the landing page and pages viewed, ad click IDs (such as gclid, fbclid and msclkid), analytics IDs, your device, browser, operating system and user agent, and a hashed form of your IP address, which we use for rate limiting and fraud prevention.
Our websites use first-party cookies and local storage for attribution:
rar_ft: how you first arrived at the site, kept for 90 days;rar_sid: identifies your visit;rar_attribution: the attribution details sent with your enquiry.
We use PostHog, hosted in the United States, for analytics on the websites, the operator admin and the partner portal. Session replay is off on the websites and may be on in the admin and partner portal. You can block or delete cookies and local storage in your browser.
Partner portal and billing
For partner businesses we keep the legal business name, contacts, billing and notification emails, forwarding phone number, address, service areas, business licence documents, users and login sessions, messages with ITIBG, and audit logs. Payments are processed by Stripe; ITIBG never stores card numbers.
When a business applies to become a partner, we collect the business name, the applicant’s name, work email and phone, services, service area and capacity, with a hashed IP address and user agent.
Our directories show public business information, including public reviews from Google obtained through a data provider, and treatment facility information from SAMHSA’s findtreatment.gov. A listed business can contact us to claim or correct its listing.
Service providers
ITIBG Leads uses these service providers to process information on our behalf:
- Twilio: calls, call recording, transcription, text messages, caller ID and verification;
- Convex: database and file storage;
- PostHog: analytics;
- Postmark: email;
- Stripe: payments;

higgsfield_copy and weweb_copy
This section applies to higgsfield_copy, including its marketplace, Spaces and paid APIs, and to weweb_copy. Both are operated by ITIBG LLC.
Accounts
When you sign up we collect your first and last name, email address and password, and verify your email. You can also sign in with Google. We send transactional email only, such as verification, password reset and invitations, not marketing email. Audit logs record the IP address and user agent of account activity, to keep accounts secure.
Customer content
We store and process the content you create or upload: prompts, uploaded media, generated media, and characters and voices. We use it to provide the service to you. Content you publish to the marketplace or Spaces is public.
Voice and biometric data
Voice samples and cloned voices may be biometric data under the laws of some places. We use them only to generate the audio you ask for. You must have the consent of any person whose voice you upload or clone.
Our customers’ end-user data
When our customers use higgsfield_copy or weweb_copy to handle data about their own users, such as webhook deliveries (including headers, body and IP address), weweb_copy databases, and API or MCP runs, we process that data on the customer’s instructions. For that data the customer is the controller and ITIBG acts as its processor. The customer is responsible for its own privacy notice and for any consents its users must give. A data processing agreement (DPA) is available on request. If you are one of our customer’s users, please contact that customer about your data.
AI processing
AI generation runs through fal.ai, which sends each request to the model provider selected, including OpenAI, Google, ElevenLabs, MiniMax, Kling, Sync, Topaz, Stability and OpenRouter. Your prompts and inputs are sent to those providers to produce the output, under their own terms.
Customer-connected services
weweb_copy automations can connect to services such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Fal, Gmail and Slack using the customer’s own keys or sign-in. Data sent to those services is handled under the customer’s own accounts and those services’ terms. Connection credentials are stored encrypted.
Cookies
higgsfield_copy and weweb_copy use session cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember your settings. Our own sites for these products load no analytics. Apps that customers build with weweb_copy may add their own analytics and cookie banner; those are the customer’s responsibility.

Retention
We keep account data, content and logs for at least as long as the law and financial, tax and accounting record-keeping require, and may keep them longer for the purposes described in this policy, then delete or de-identify them. Automation runs are kept for 90 days by default, which customers can change. To ask for a copy of your data or for its deletion, email support@itibg.com; we handle these requests by hand.

We keep text message consent and opt-out records for as long as needed to prove consent and honor opt-outs. Each product’s section above describes anything specific to it.

Our websites may use cookies and similar technologies that are needed for the site to work and to remember your preferences. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking some cookies may affect how the site works. The cookies and analytics used by each product are described in its section above.
